The Deskie layout (at a glance)

Your sidebar is the home base. It contains the core tools operators use:

Dashboard - your overview of activity, bookings, and alerts

Members - all member profiles and actions

Spaces - offices, desks, storage, assignments

Resources - conference rooms, bookable equipment

Tasks - cleaning, maintenance, onboarding, and internal reminders

Messages - conversations with members

Feed - announcements and community updates

Files - internal files for your workspace

Finances - invoices, payments, plans, passes

Visitor Log - guests entering your space

Tours - all prospect walkthroughs

Settings - workspace, billing, automations, branding

Browser, mobile and desktop Versions

Using Deskie in the browser

Both admins and members can access their workspace via any desktop OR mobile web browser at their workspace URL (yourworkspace.deskie.com).

Using Deskie on Mobile

Deskie offers a Deskie-branded mobile app on both iOS and Android. Both Members and Admins can access every Deskie feature via the mobile version.

Desktop App

Deskie also offers a lightweight desktop app on both Windows and Mac for quick access. It mirrors the full Deskie experience.
