Resource Booking Availability

• Added the ability to define custom booking hours per resource for both members and non-members

• Each day of the week can be individually enabled or disabled with specific start and end times

• Calendar now grays out days that are closed for bookings (matching tour booking behavior)

Assignments Sorting

• Added sortable columns to the Assignments table

Bug Fix

• Fixed a bug in the “New Invoice” email where unbooked product types (such as Passes) could show filler code instead of a proper “no bookings” message.

Invoices

• Manage invoices directly from the main list. Pay with a saved card, mark as paid, void, send reminders, or delete without opening each invoice

• Net amount after Stripe fees is now shown on paid invoices for clearer revenue tracking

• Search invoices by invoice number, member name, or business name

• Added ability to edit line items within invoices - hover over a specific line item, click the Edit icon, and make any adjustments. A note log is automatically added to that invoice to explain the change.

Resource Bookings

• New Pending Billing view shows all unbilled resource bookings in one place

• Edit booking amounts before monthly invoicing, with optional reason tracking

• Waive booking charges with optional internal notes

Invoice Reminders

• Send payment reminder emails for unpaid invoices with a single click

• New Guest Dashboard: Guests receive their own login automatically and can manage passes, bookings, and view payment history.

• Intelligent Door Access: Automatic and time-boxed door access with Kisi/Unifi, linked directly to passes and bookings.

• Flexible Passes: Offer Date-Required, Flexible-Use, and Multi-Use passes.

• Optional Approvals: Review and approve pass purchases before activation with instant admin notifications.

• Instant WiFi: Guests get WiFi credentials displayed right in their dashboard.

• Add to calendar button on the Calendar page now lets you sync all workspace events to Google Calendar, iCal, and more.

• Each resource now also has its own calendar link - ideal for aggregators like Liquidspace to keep Deskie bookings in sync and prevent double-booking on third-party sites.

• Single-use Passes can now be set to require a date during booking, allowing users to choose the day the pass is active (ideal for day passes).

• Added in-app notifications (currently only displaying changelogs, will expand functionality shortly)

• Added bulk member import via CSV (supports Stripe data and skips billing during onboarding when provided)
