Group members into companies and bill the team.
Teams turn individual members into a company you can manage. Link a member to one or more teams with a Manager or Member role, and decide whether the team pays or the people do. When the team pays, charges route to the team's saved card first and fall back to each member's own card. Managers get a focused view of their company's members, bookings, and invoices.

Multi-team membership with roles
A member can belong to more than one team, with a Manager or Member role on each. Managers edit the team and see all its activity; members see only their own bookings unless sharing is on.
Team-billed charges
Each team has its own card on file. With "Default payments to the team" on, a member routes charges to the team card, with their personal card as the fallback. Admins can override per record.
Settings that fit how the company works
Per-team toggles let members book or restrict booking to managers, share bookings or keep them private, and mark a team tax exempt. When the team pays, new members can skip the card step at onboarding.
Smart import from business names
Import scans active members and clusters everyone who shares the same business name into candidate teams. Review a cluster, rename it, pick a manager, and promote the group into a Team in one step.
