Steps to Enable Notifications:
1. Log in to Deskie:
Access your Deskie admin account through your workspace portal (e.g., yourworkspace.deskie.com).
2. Go to Your Personal Profile:
• Navigate to the Settings page.
• Select the Personal Profile tab.
3. Check Your Phone Number:
• Ensure your personal phone number is entered correctly.
• Note: This is different from the coworking space’s phone number under the Company Profile tab. Notifications are sent to your personal number, not the company number.
4. Save Your Changes:
• If you update your phone number, be sure to click Save to apply the changes.
What Notifications Will You Receive?
• Tour Bookings: Be notified whenever someone schedules a tour.
• Resource Bookings: Receive alerts when resources are booked.
