Disabling a member in Deskie prevents them from accessing your workspace while retaining all their data for records and reporting. Disabled members will no longer be able to:


  • Log into their Deskie account.

  • Access any features, resources, or bookings in the workspace.


However, disabling a member does not delete any of their history. This includes:

  • Invoice records.

  • Uploaded files.

  • Messages sent or received.

  • Activity in the Feed.


Steps to Disable a Member:


  1. Log in to your Deskie admin account.

  2. Navigate to the Members section in your dashboard.

  3. Click on the Disable Member option.

  4. Confirm your choice in the pop-up prompt.


Once disabled, the member’s account will remain inactive, but their data will stay intact in Deskie for reference and record-keeping.
