Adding Members

How to add new members to your space, configure their profiles, and manage the onboarding process.

Adding a new member

Navigate to Members in the sidebar and click "Add Member." Fill in the member's details: name, email, phone number, and any custom fields you've configured. You can also set their membership type and start date.

Member profiles

Each member has a detailed profile that includes their personal information, business details, membership status, billing history, access logs, and notes. You can edit any of these fields at any time from the member's profile page.

Onboarding workflow

When you add a member, Deskie can automatically:

  • Send a welcome email with portal login credentials
  • Generate their first invoice
  • Activate door access based on their membership type
  • Assign them to a desk or office

Bulk import

Migrating from another system? Use the bulk import feature to upload a CSV of your existing members. Deskie will match columns to fields and let you review before importing.
