Supported integrations
Deskie integrates with two access control platforms:
- Kisi — Cloud-based access control with mobile unlock, schedules, and audit logs
- Unifi — Network-based access control through Ubiquiti's UniFi Access system
Setting up Kisi
Go to Settings → Access Control and enter your Kisi API credentials. Deskie will sync your doors and groups automatically. You can then assign access schedules to membership types — for example, hot desk members get weekday 8am-6pm access, while dedicated desk members get 24/7.
Automatic provisioning
When a member is added or their membership changes, Deskie automatically updates their door access. When a member is deactivated, their access is revoked immediately. No manual lock management needed.
Access logs
View door access events in real-time from the Access Control section. See who entered, when, and through which door. Logs are also available on individual member profiles for quick reference.
