Screens lets you create digital signage throughout your space using configurable blocks. Name a screen, choose a rotation and grid layout, then add blocks: weather, Wi-Fi info, check-in QR codes, room bookings, member directories, resource booking QR codes, or announcements. Each screen gets a public link you can open on a tablet, TV, Chromecast, or any browser-based display. Screens are automatically styled with your workspace branding. The Deskie Companion app lets tablets and display devices run screens in full-screen mode with automatic refresh. Included at no additional cost.

Configured per location
A conference room screen might show upcoming bookings and a QR code to book. A reception screen might show weather, Wi-Fi, and check-in. A lobby display might show a member directory and announcements. Each screen is configured independently.
Rotation and layout options
Screens support four rotations (normal, rotated right, upside down, and rotated left) so they work in portrait or landscape. Choose from four grid layouts: a 2x2 grid for four blocks, side-by-side for two, stacked for two, or full-screen for a single block.

Screens are part of Deskie. There is no per-screen fee, no separate signage subscription, and no additional software to manage. Create as many screens as you need across all your locations.
