The kiosk asks the right questions

The check-in flow starts with one question: what brings you in? A tour, visiting a member, a delivery, or other. Each type gets its own short form. Tours capture contact details for follow-up, member visits ask who they are here to see, and deliveries take just a courier name. Nobody types more than they need to.

No walk-in goes unnoticed

When a member is visited, the host is notified so they can come greet their guest. When someone walks in with no host, like a tour or a delivery, your admins get a push notification instead, so the front desk knows even when nobody is sitting at it.

A complete check-in record

Every check-in is logged with the visitor's name, visit type, their host if they had one, and a timestamp. Search and filter the full history to see who visited, when, and why.

Surfaced where it matters

Visitor data doesn't just live on the Visitors page. It also shows up on each member's profile, so you can see exactly which members are having visitors, how often, and who's coming in. Spot your most active members and understand how your space is being used without pulling a report.
