The Messages tool lets anyone communicate with members, admins, and groups directly inside Deskie. Everything stays organized in one place so you don’t have to rely on texts, emails, or outside apps.

Starting a Conversation

To send a new message, click New Message, search for the person (or people) you want to contact, type your message, attach a file if needed, and hit send. Messages appear instantly on both sides.

Reading and Replying

Select any conversation from the left panel. The full thread appears to the right. Type your reply at the bottom, attach files if needed, and send. New messages automatically mark as read when opened.
