Not everyone who works in your space should see everything in your workspace. Staff roles let you build named roles, like Front Desk, Community Manager, or Cleaning Crew, each granting exactly the features that job needs. A cleaning contractor can get Tasks and nothing else. A front desk hire can get Visitors, Tours, and Mail without ever seeing your revenue. Staff members log in to a sidebar showing only what they've been granted, and every page enforces the same boundary server-side.

Roles you define, not roles we picked
Instead of forcing every hire into Admin or Member, you create the roles your space actually has. Name a role, tick the features it should include from a grouped list covering the full admin toolkit, and assign it to as many staff as you like. Change the role later and everyone holding it updates instantly.
Forty grantable features
Grants are organized the way the sidebar is: Operations, People, Space, Hardware, Communication, Finances, and Management. Grant Tasks alone for a contractor, or Visitors, Tours, Guests, and Mail for the front desk. Financial features like Invoices, Payments, Coupons, and Credits are individual grants, so money stays on a need-to-see basis.
Enforced everywhere, not just hidden
A staff member's sidebar shows only their granted features, but the boundary doesn't stop at navigation. Every page and every action checks the grant on the server, so a pasted link to a page they weren't given lands on a denial, not on your billing data.
Plays well with Time Clock and Schedules
Staff automatically use the same Time Clock and shift Schedules as the rest of your team, based on where they work. You don't need to grant those. Roles govern the admin tools; staffing runs on your locations.
