Announcing Deskie Access: No-nonsense, affordable door access control for your space.Learn more

Your team’s shared wiki.
Standard operating procedures, opening and closing checklists, vendor contacts, door codes, onboarding steps. The knowledge that keeps a coworking space running usually lives in someone's head, a shared doc nobody can find, or a chat message that scrolled away. Deskie Notes is a Notion-style wiki built right into your admin area. Organize everything into notebooks, fill them with rich pages, and edit alongside your team. Three columns, just like you'd expect: notebooks on the left, pages in the middle, and a full block editor on the right. Every admin in the workspace shares the same notebooks, so your team always works from one source of truth.

Notebooks, pages, and a block editor in a clean three-column layout. Your whole playbook in one place.
Headings, lists, quotes, links, and inline image uploads. Write real documentation, not plain text.
Changes save themselves as you type. Every page shows who edited it last and how long ago.
Every admin sees the same notebooks. Editing banners keep teammates from overwriting each other.

The whole team, one brain
Group related pages into notebooks, give each notebook an emoji icon, and drag to reorder both notebooks and pages until the structure fits how your team thinks. Need to reshuffle? Move any page into a different notebook from its menu. Every notebook shows a live count of the pages inside it.
Each page opens into a rich block editor with a big page title and room to write. Format text, add headings, build lists and quotes, drop in links, and upload images directly into the page. The same editor that powers notes throughout Deskie, here dedicated to long-form documentation.
When a teammate has a page open, you'll see a banner letting you know they're editing it right now. If someone saves newer changes while you're working, Deskie tells you and offers to load the latest instead of silently overwriting their work. Every page shows who edited it last and when.
Inside a page, type @ to mention a member or / to link an asset, resource, pass, event, invoice, ticket, or even another wiki page. Pages reference each other and the real records they describe, so your documentation stays connected to the rest of Deskie.
