Track what matters to you.
Deskie covers the fields every coworking space needs, but no two spaces are alike. Custom fields let you define your own fields on members, assets, and resources, then fill them in right on the record. Track a member's birthday or a copy of their ID, the number of seats in a meeting room, whether an office has a window, or a spec sheet for a piece of equipment. You define each field once in Settings, choose its type, and it shows up on the matching forms and detail pages. Asset and resource fields can also be published to your public website, so the details that help people book are right where they look.

Eight field types for any kind of data
Choose the right input for what you are tracking: single-line text, long text, number, a Yes/No toggle, a date, a dropdown with options you define, an image, or a file upload for things like an ID copy or a PDF spec sheet. Each type renders the correct control on the form and displays cleanly on the record.
Defined once, applied everywhere
Manage your fields in Settings under Custom Fields, with separate lists for members, assets, and resources. Add a field, name it, pick its type, and it instantly appears on every add and edit form and detail page for that record type. Drag to reorder fields, and the order you set is the order everyone sees.
Publish details to your website
Flip a switch to show an asset or resource field on your public site. Filled-in values appear on that room or office's public detail page, with images as thumbnails and files as a clean download link. Use it to surface seating capacity, AV gear, or natural light, the details that turn a browser into a booking. Member fields always stay internal to your staff.
Collected during onboarding
Flag a member field to appear during onboarding and new members fill it in themselves on an Additional Info step, right in the signup flow. Mark it required and they can't skip it. Emergency contacts, dietary preferences, how they heard about you: collected on day one instead of chased down later.
