Deskie Team

Hello, World! Meet Deskie!
After a year of hard work, we are thrilled to introduce Deskie to the world! As fellow coworking space operators, we’ve experienced the frustrations of current coworking space management products firsthand. That’s why we built Deskie – an intuitive, user-friendly platform designed to simplify your operations and enhance your coworking management experience.
Built By Operators, For Operators
Deskie was crafted by people who truly understand the ins and outs of coworking spaces. As operators ourselves, we’ve faced the challenges of navigating overly complicated, needlessly convoluted, and exceedingly expensive tools. We built Deskie as a direct response to these frustrations, with a mission to create a management tool that truly understands and addresses your needs.
We’ve prioritized simplicity and ease of use, making Deskie the perfect tool for managing your space effortlessly. With Deskie, you won’t need to wade through confusing menus or deal with overly complex workflows. Our goal is to streamline your operations, allowing you to focus on what matters most – fostering a thriving coworking community.
Deskie’s intuitive design ensures that both seasoned operators and new users can easily navigate and utilize its features. By keeping things straightforward and visually appealing, we’ve made it easier than ever to manage memberships, track space usage, handle invoicing, and more. Deskie is here to simplify your workload and enhance your coworking experience, all while saving you both time and money.
Early Access Launch – 50% Off!
We’re excited to announce that Deskie will soon launch as an “early access” software. What exactly does this mean? Early access is an opportunity for you to be among the first to use Deskie while benefiting from a special 50% off rate during our testing phase. This period is crucial for us as it allows us to gather valuable feedback from real users like you, helping us refine and enhance the platform.
By participating in early access, you’ll be directly contributing to Deskie’s development. We’re committed to a rapid development cycle, which means we’ll be making frequent updates and improvements based on your feedback and suggestions. Your insights will play a pivotal role in shaping the final product, ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of coworking space operators.
We are very open to feedback and suggestions during this phase. Whether you have ideas for new features, improvements to existing ones, or simply want to share your experience using Deskie, we want to hear from you. Your input will help us create a tool that truly serves the coworking community.
Early access is not just about helping us; it’s about you getting a head start with Deskie. You’ll have the chance to explore and utilize its features at a reduced price, making your management tasks easier and more efficient right from the start. Plus, as an early adopter, you’ll be part of an exclusive group that influences the future of Deskie.
Users who join during the early access phase will be locked in at their discounted early access rate for 6 months following our "leaving early access" milestone. Users that choose an annual plan will enjoy the discounted rate for the remainder of their yearly billing cycle, or 6 months - whichever is longer.
