Managing bookable resources efficiently is crucial to running a successful coworking space. Our Resources feature is designed to streamline the management, and more importantly – the booking, of your workspace resources. Here’s a comprehensive look at how this feature can enhance your coworking experience.

Centralized Resource Directory

With Resources, admins have access to a centralized directory where they can list all bookable resources. Examples include general spaces (like meeting rooms or podcast rooms), equipment (like cameras or headphones), flex/drop-in options (like desks or worktables) — or other bookables that don’t quite fit in to other categories (like parking spots). This directory allows you to easily search, filter, and manage your resources.

On the primary Resources page, admins are also able to view and manage all upcoming bookings at a glance. This allows for easy resource usage tracking, identifying peak usage times and more.

Easy Resource Addition and Configuration

Adding new resources is straightforward with Deskie. Resources allows admins to quickly upload photos, specify resource type, set capacities (if applicable), and configure booking rates for both members and non-members.

Seamless Booking Process

On the user-side, members have access to an intuitive booking process where they can quickly and easily select a resource they’re interested in booking, schedule it out and pay on the spot, all within minutes.
