1. Seamless Visitor Check-In
Deskie’s Visitor Management feature provides a hassle-free check-in process. Visitors can easily check in by scanning a QR code or tapping to enter their details manually on a tablet kiosk near the entrance of your coworking space.

2. Personalized Visitor Experience
Upon check-in, visitors are greeted with a personalized welcome message, and the member (if applicable) they are visiting is automatically notified. For example, if Miles Dawson is visiting Liam Parker, Liam will receive an instant notification, ensuring that he is prepared to welcome his guest.

3. Comprehensive Visitor Log
Deskie keeps a detailed log of all visitors, making it easy to track who has visited your space and for what purpose. This log includes information such as the visitor's name, email, date and time of visit, and reason for the visit. You can search, filter, and download this data for further analysis and record-keeping.

4. Post-Visit Engagement
After their visit, visitors receive a thank you email, encouraging them to return and highlighting the benefits of your coworking space - it also includes a non-intrusive link CTA that prompts the visitor to learn more about your coworking space and its offerings.
